Tour the Villa

Our villa's living room, furnished with comfortable rattan, has window walls that open to the covered patio and balcony surrounding a bay rum tree. We love to pick a leaf off the tree and crush it for the incredible fragrance the bay rum offers. The covered patio is set up for outdoor dining and lounging. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of song birds while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber. The patio overlooks the pool 5 steps below. Why not relax and ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool under the stars of the Caribbean sky?

We love to cook, so the kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, great cookware, and spices to use and enjoy. A gourmets delight! The windows overlook a courtyard garden filled with bougainvillea, hibiscus and crotons. It's not unusual to watch hummingbirds through the windows while making coffee in the morning. The indoor dining area is convenient to the kitchen, but we find we eat most of our meals on the outdoor patio.

The comfortable two bedrooms are situated for maximum privacy.
Down the hall from the kitchen you'll find the master bedroom with king size bed. Sliding glass doors opposite the bed lead to a balcony-patio overlooking the pool and views to the blue Caribbean sea. Bright and airy, the bedroom was designed with windows on every wall to catch the trade winds from all angles. The bathroom with tub/shower has a sliding glass door to a private, beautifuly tiled outdoor shower. It's truly tropical to look up at the fronds of the coconut palm overhead while showering . The second bedroom we call our "guest cottage". Located adjacent to the house and kitchen garden, it offers a queen size bed and private bath. There's two rattan chairs to curl up in to read a book and a small garden patio with views to the Caribbean sea. This makes a perfect set-up for 2 couples.

The abundant gardens with pathways, terraced stone walls and steps, lead you around the property, making it easy to find a spot to relax, enjoy the flowers and the views. The hammocks at the ocean edge offer a shady spot with breathtaking views and a perfect spot to see a never-to-be-forgotten "green flash" sunset.

We've furnished the villa with all the amenities needed for a luxurious vacation holiday. The kitchen is complete with gas range, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, blender, popcorn maker, mixer, toaster, complete cookware and serving ware for dining and entertaining. The bedrooms have cotton linens and ceiling fans. Our living room offers a ceiling fan, color TV with cable (over 40 channels), VCR, and a stereo cassette with CD. For outdoor fun, pool floats, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill.
